Artis Driving ® instructors undergo extensive training prior to teaching students. They are expected to display the highest levels of professionalism of any driving instructors in the marketplace. Instructors are expected and required to continue their education in order to impart the latest driving knowledge.
Mission and Objectives
Our company mission is to provide our students with the highest quality driving instruction available anywhere. Our goal is to give students a greater awareness of how to avoid crashes and opportunities to practice challenging driving scenarios behind the wheel.
Artis Driving ® was conceived in response to the on going high level of annual traffic crashes in the US. On average, 41,000 people were killed on American roadways during each of the past 10 years. The number of people injured each of the past 10 years on average is 3,240,000. In addition, on average, 4,275,000 property damage only crashes occurred in each of the past 10 years. The annual economic impact of these traffic crashes is estimated at $231B. The numbers are staggeringly high, remaining virtually constant during the last decade despite the best efforts of Insurers, Government, Automobile Manufactures and existing driving schools. Artis Driving ® works to address this fundamental problem, by helping people become safer drivers and avoid crashes.
Our ultimate goal is to raise the overall level of driver training in Florida, thus saving lives and limiting property damage.
